These terms set a clear boundary between the referral service and the independent professionals who may respond.
Our role
WaterSofteners.com is an independent referral marketplace and is not a water-treatment contractor, laboratory, utility, equipment manufacturer or employer of participating providers. We do not guarantee a match, response, price, result or provider availability.
Provider relationship
Providers independently decide whether to accept a request and independently set recommendations, equipment, scope, scheduling, warranties and price. Any service agreement is directly between homeowner and provider.
Homeowner responsibilities
Submit accurate information, have authority for the property, protect private status links, evaluate proposals, and independently verify licensing, insurance, product certifications, references, permits and warranties before hiring.
Provider responsibilities
Providers must keep profile and coverage data accurate, safeguard homeowner information, use it only to respond to the matched request, follow applicable communication and contracting rules, and avoid unsupported health, savings or water-quality claims.
Early pilot
The initial provider program may use trial, billable or credited opportunity records. A displayed pilot status is not a promise of future price or volume. Any paid terms require a separate provider agreement.
